We’re proud to announce the successful completion of a full turnkey refurbishment at Grosvenor House Suites, Park Lane, delivered by ONE MEP as Principal MEP Contractor.

The project encompassed the corridors, Cigar Lounge and Concierge area, combining essential building upgrades with carefully considered finishes to complement the hotel’s prestigious Mayfair location.

From the technical infrastructure behind the scenes to the finished environment, ONE MEP continues to deliver integrated building services solutions for some of the most demanding environments in the hospitality sector.

Corridor Refurbishment
Completed with meticulous attention to detail, the works included new fire compartmentation walls, ceilings, wall finishes, apartment entrance doors, carpeting and lighting. Every element was carefully considered to elevate the guest experience and deliver a refined, high-quality finish throughout.

The Airkel Cigar Lounge, overseeing the complete building services package, including the mechanical and electrical installations.
