Located within one of Central London’s most historic and prestigious business districts, the refurbishment of 15–23 Lincoln’s Inn Fields will transform five interconnected buildings into circa 70,000 sq ft of high-quality CAT A commercial office space. The £13m Phase 1 back-to-frame refurbishment and core extension will create best-in-class workplace accommodation complete with roof terraces, event facilities and enhanced end-of-journey amenities.

Our MEP package comprises the design and installation of high-performance mechanical, electrical and public health services carefully integrated within the existing historic fabric. Energy-efficient building systems will be delivered to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A, with meticulous coordination of exposed services to maximise floor-to-ceiling heights whilst delivering a contemporary workplace environment.
