The Ned - Rooftop Extension

Located in the heart of the City of London, the extension to The Ned’s existing rooftop terrace created additional external hospitality space with panoramic skyline views for this iconic Grade I listed building.

ONE MEP were appointed to develop and deliver the mechanical, electrical and public health services associated with the rooftop extension, including new power and infrastructure for the bar and catering facilities, intelligent feature LED lighting, external heating systems and domestic water services. The project also included the extension of the existing lightning protection and base build fire alarm systems, together with frost protection and trace heating to ensure reliable year-round operation of all external services.
